Terms & Conditions for Virtual Consulation

By booking and paying for a consultation with Studio Redefine, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Nature of Service - All consultations are advisory in nature and conducted via video call for the selected duration. Guidance is provided based on information shared by the client before or during the session. No drawings, site visits, or execution services are included unless explicitly stated.

  2. Payment - Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. A consultation is confirmed only after successful payment.

  3. Consultation Scope - Each session is strictly limited to the booked duration and scope. Additional questions, follow-ups, or extended discussions are not included and may require a separate booking.

  4. Rescheduling Policy - Rescheduling is permitted if requested at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session. Requests made within 12 hours may not be accommodated.

  5. Cancellation and Refund Policy - All consultation fees are non-refundable once booked. Missed appointments, late arrivals, or no-shows will be treated as completed sessions and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

  6. Client Responsibility - Clients must join the call on time, share accurate and relevant information, and be prepared with questions, drawings, photos, or references. Lack of preparation does not entitle the client to additional time or refunds.

  7. Professional Disclaimer - Recommendations are based on professional judgement and experience. Final outcomes depend on site conditions, vendors, contractors, materials, and other third-party factors beyond Studio Redefine’s control.

  8. Intellectual Property - All advice, ideas, and suggestions shared during the consultation remain the intellectual property of Studio Redefine and may not be reproduced, shared, or used commercially without written consent.

  9. Limitation of Liability - Studio Redefine shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or dissatisfaction arising from decisions made based on the consultation.
